Met this lovely group of ladies at the National Women’s Show back in November and decided to try botox for my traps as this was a treatment recommended by my doctor for pain relief. Unfortunately, botox did nothing for the pain so I’ll have to look for other options for pain treatment. However, I did want to spend some time to write a review because the service and care I got from this team, and especially Miranda, was exceptional. Everyone is so kind and lovely here. During my first follow up, I also got a free skin analysis and got recommended some things I could try to incorporate into my skincare routine. In my most recent visit, I did have to let them know that this treatment was no longer working for me and I was slightly concerned I might have other services pushed on me as friends have mentioned that some places do tend to try and push unnecessary services onto people but I experienced none of that here. While I haven’t considered getting any other kind of beauty treatments, I will definitely keep this place in mind if I do decide to explore further. Had a great experience at this location.  The team was super organized and I had Raven do my hydrating facial.  They do an initial analysis of my face which was eye opener! I loved the products used for my skin it was so luxe and the scent of the products was fresh and relaxing.  Raven talked me through the process but also allowed me to just relax. Nurse Isabella is a true gem! She listens carefully to your concerns and goals, and always makes thoughtful, tailored recommendations. Doing sessions of laser hair removal with Sanaz and she makes it so easy and comfortable for you. The spa is super clean and beautiful inside - full luxury experience. The laser they use is new tech so it doesn’t hurt at all. Really happy with my decision and results.

I recently visited this med spa, and I can't say enough good things about it! The entire place was spotless, from the reception area to the treatment rooms. You can tell they take cleanliness and hygiene seriously, which made me feel so comfortable.
